Set within a listed Victorian terrazzo factory overlooking Regent’s Canal at City Road Lock, our studio is home to five independent companies and a growing community of creatives, collaborators and thinkers.

We function as a hybrid workplace and event venue where we curate and host our own programme of events, including our regular Rogue Talks and Rogue Films, as well as seasonal gatherings like Summer at the Wharf. 

The space brings together contemporary creativity and industrial heritage with its high ceilings, exposed steel beams and expansive metal-framed windows. The building is flooded with natural light and offers a striking, open-plan environment that feels both spacious and characterful.

Beyond the interiors, our award-winning garden sits directly on the canal, alongside an enclosed cobbled courtyard where you can enjoy your lunch surrounded by lush vegetation, a rare outdoor setting in central London.
